    How do you know your dietary choices come from you and not your eating disorder?

      I want to eat foods that make me feel good and are good for my body, when I had my ED I didn't want that- I didn't want any food at all! I don't body check, weigh myself or my food at all so I know it comes from what my body needs. When I had my ED I would just not eat at all then binge when I felt emotional so there is a big difference from my POV :) x
